Welcome to the website of the Ealing Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service.

We provide free workshops and one-to-one talking therapy for people aged 18 years and over who are registered with a GP in the London Borough of Ealing.

During the current pandemic, we are currently prioritising referrals from NHS and Care Home staff in North West London regardless of where your registered GP is. Please let us know if this is you, so that we can best support you whilst you continue to take care of us all.

We hope that this will give you the information you need to decide whether we are the right service for you, but please feel to contact us if you have any questions.

PLEASE NOTE: We often experience a high volume of calls. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message and we will call you back. Should you wish to, you may also contact us via email at:

Another positive review, this time from someone who completed a course of Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT). Very pleased that we have been able to help yet another person make the changes they want. And we are incredibly proud of Mehnaz! @BritPsyCouncil EalingIAPT photo
