What we offer
We offer a range of courses, groups and talking therapies to help you find practical ways to cope with your problems.
The main therapy that we provide for anxiety is cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). CBT can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave.
We also offer eye-movement desensitisation reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
For depression we provide CBT, behavioural couples therapy (BCT), counselling, interpersonal therapy (IPT) and dynamic interpersonal therapy (DIT).
Most people that we see attend one of our CBT courses or groups, or receive guided self-help.
We have a rolling programme of courses and groups, including Stress control, Enjoy your baby and Running for better health.
All our therapies follow guidance from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) which provides guidance and advice to improve health and social care.
We also offer mental health advocacy.
Online therapy – New to Ealing IAPT
Ealing IAPT Online is an interactive online therapy programme, designed to provide patients with a flexible way of accessing psychological support.
We offer a variety of evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and guided self-help programmes filled with information and exercises for overcoming psychological difficulties.
