One-to-one therapy

We offer a range of one-to-one therapies to suit different needs.

We offer the following one-to-one therapies:

  • Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT)
  • Counselling for depression
  • Couples / relationship counselling
  • Dynamic interpersonal therapy (DIT)

Depending on which type of therapy you have, you may see clinical and counselling psychologists, mental health nurses, counsellors or experienced practitioners.

We also have trainee CBT therapists, clinical and counselling psychologists, and counsellors who are on placement with us.
